Tarek's Irish Stout Fondue

Indulge in a rich Irish stout beer and three cheese fondue, perfect for dipping breads, veggies, and meats in a fun and flavorful feast.
Ingredients:
1.125 cups shreddedextra-sharp white Cheddar cheese
1.125 cups shreddedSwiss cheese
2tablespoons freshly shreddedParmesan cheese
1.5 tablespoons cornstarch
0.5 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle Irish stout beer (such as Guinness®)
1tablespoonsteak sauce
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1teaspoongarlic powder
0.5 teaspoonhot pepper sauce (such as Cholula®)
0.25 teaspoonground dry mustard
freshly groundblack pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together white Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cornstarch; set aside.
Combine Irish stout beer, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, hot pepper sauce, and mustard powder in a fondue pot over medium heat.
Slowly incorporate 1/2 cup of cheese mixture at a time into the stout beer mixture in the fondue pot until the cheese is fully melted and the fondue is luxuriously smooth. Avoid boiling the fondue for best results.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper for a burst of flavorful goodness.
