Indulge in a rich Irish stout beer and three cheese fondue, perfect for dipping breads, veggies, and meats in a fun and flavorful feast.
Ingredients:
  • 1.125 cups shredded extra-sharp white Cheddar cheese
  • 1.125 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 0.5 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle Irish stout beer (such as Guinness®)
  • 1 tablespoon steak sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Cholula®)
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground dry mustard
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together white Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cornstarch; set aside.
  • Combine Irish stout beer, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, hot pepper sauce, and mustard powder in a fondue pot over medium heat.
  • Slowly incorporate 1/2 cup of cheese mixture at a time into the stout beer mixture in the fondue pot until the cheese is fully melted and the fondue is luxuriously smooth. Avoid boiling the fondue for best results.
  • Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper for a burst of flavorful goodness.
