Ingredients:
  • 190g (3/4 cup) whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 2 gherkins, chopped
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh continental parsley
  • 21.00 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp baby capers, rinsed, chopped
  • 11.80 gm Dijon mustard
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, gherkins, parsley, lemon juice, capers, and mustard. Cover and chill in the fridge for 1 hour to enhance the flavors.
