Delicious tartare sauce complements fish and chicken perfectly.
Ingredients:
  • 5.90 gm dijon mustard
  • 227.50 gm olive oil
  • 20.00 ml white wine vinegar
  • 40.00 ml finely-chopped gherkins
  • 20.00 ml finely-chopped capers
  • 20.00 ml finely-chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, whisk together egg yolks and mustard. Slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking continuously until the mixture thickens. Mix in the vinegar, gherkins, capers, parsley, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine. Cover and chill in the refrigerator.
