In a large pot over medium-high heat, sauté the ground beef until crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Drain off excess grease before continuing.
Combine the ranch beans, pinto beans, corn, tomatoes with green chiles, processed cheese food, half-and-half cream, heavy cream, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix in a pot. Heat until boiling, stirring occasionally.
Simmer on medium-low heat until the cheese has melted completely, approximately 20 minutes.
