Teacup berry crumbles

Whip up easy crunchy fruit crumbles, served in teacups for a delightful twist!
Ingredients:
  • 600g mixed frozen berries
  • 70.95 gm caster sugar
  • Vanilla ice-cream or cream, to serve
  • 59.40 gm brown sugar
  • 75.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 33.00 gm rolled oats
  • 60g butter, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C and lightly grease four 1-cup ovenproof teacups or ramekins.
  • Create a delicious crumble topping by blending sugar, flour, oats, and cinnamon in a bowl. Incorporate butter until mixture is crumbly and well-combined.
  • In a bowl, mix the berries with sugar. Spoon the berry mixture into teacups. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly on top. Bake on a tray for 30-35 minutes until the crumble is golden. Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
