Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons white sugar
  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 pounds filet mignon, cubed
  • 0.125 cup white wine
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a shallow dish, create a flavorful marinade by mixing together soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Add the meat, cover, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the meat until it is fully cooked.
  • Pour the marinade into a saucepan over medium-high heat, bringing it to a boil and cooking for 5 minutes. Add cooked meat, green onions, and wine to the boiling mixture. Transfer everything to a large bowl and serve hot.
