Zesty lemon, fragrant Thai basil, and smooth vodka create a vibrant and subtly sweet martini.
Ingredients:
  • 4 wedges lemon, divided
  • 6 leaves Thai basil, divided
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 4 fluid ounces vodka
  • ice cubes
Instructions:
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 lemon wedges, 4 Thai basil leaves, and sugar. muddle well. Add vodka and ice cubes, shake vigorously for about 45 seconds until frosted. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses and garnish with 1 lemon wedge and 1 Thai basil leaf each.
