Ingredients:
  • 2.3333332538605 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 0.75 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C), and prepare two 12-cup muffin tins with paper liners.
  • In a bowl, mix together sifted flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, vigorously whisk eggs for 1 to 2 minutes.
