Baked meatballs with bell peppers, pineapple, and sweet & tangy sauce for a flavorful, low-maintenance meal.
Ingredients:
  • Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste
  • 2 pounds frozen cooked meatballs, thawed
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F and prepare a 15x10x1-inch baking pan by lining it with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil.
  • In a large bowl, mix the sweet and sour sauce with garlic salt and red pepper flakes. Add the meatballs, bell pepper, and pineapple, and toss gently to ensure everything is evenly coated. Place the mixture in a foil-lined pan in an even layer.
  • Bake the meatballs for 25 minutes or until hot, stirring once. Spoon the sauce over the meatballs before serving warm.
