Quick and easy 5-ingredient green tea tofu ice cream - perfect for vegetarians and ready in under an hour!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package silken soft tofu, drained
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 cup white sugar, or to taste
  • 0.25 cup green tea powder (matcha)
Instructions:
  • Combine tofu, soy milk, sugar, green tea powder, and canola oil in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth and well mixed.
  • Transfer the mixture into the ice cream maker bowl and freeze as per the manufacturer's instructions.
