Tom's Scrambled Egg Sandwich

Create a delicious family tradition: scrambled egg sandwich with mustard and mayo on toast.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 slices bread, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
Instructions:
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
  • Preheat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Crack eggs into the skillet and allow them to cook undisturbed until the bottoms are set, approximately 1 1/2 minutes. Carefully flip the eggs and continue cooking until the other side is set, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
  • Spread a generous tablespoon of creamy mayonnaise on each slice of toast, then generously spread tangy mustard over the mayo. Arrange the eggs on one slice of toast and cap it with the other to create a delectable sandwich.
