Classic Tom Collins: Gin, lemon, and sugar syrup shaken over ice, by cocktail pioneer Jerry Thomas.
Ingredients:
  • 1 parts Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 1/2 of half a lemon juiced
  • 2 parts soda water
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • ice cubed
  • lemon wedge
Instructions:
  • In a clean highball glass, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar, and Bombay Sapphire. Stir gently. Add ample cubed ice and stir once more. Top off with soda water and give it a final stir. Garnish with a lemon wedge before serving.
