Whip up a quick and easy pasta dinner in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 375g spaghetti
  • 100g prosciutto
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 125.00 ml frozen baby peas
  • 62.50 ml chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 125.00 ml crumbled feta
  • small fresh mint leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain well. Enjoy!
  • Heat some oil in a large, deep frying pan over high heat. Add prosciutto and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes until crisp. Then, add garlic, tomato, and peas. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until vegetables have softened.
  • Combine the pasta and chopped mint in the pan, tossing them together until evenly coated. Season with a sprinkle of pepper. Just before serving, top with feta cheese and fresh mint leaves for a delightful finish.
