Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
  • 1.5 teaspoons white sugar
  • 0.66666668653488 cup blue cheese crumbles, or to taste
  • 1 (10 ounce) package shredded cabbage and carrot mix
  • 0.25 cup sliced red grapes
  • 4 strips cooked bacon, chopped
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and sugar until well combined. Add blue cheese crumbles, followed by cabbage, carrot mix, and grapes. Season with salt and pepper, then finish by topping with chopped bacon.
  • Chill coleslaw until flavors meld and become moist, for 8 hours or overnight.
