Tempestoso: A bold twist on the classic dark and stormy cocktail.
Ingredients:
  • 10 - 15 ml lime juice plus ½ lime to garnish
  • 50 ml Bacardi Carta Negra rum
  • 3 dashes of Angustura bitters
  • 100 ml ginger beer
  • a sprig of mint to garnish
Instructions:
  • Place ice in a highball glass, squeeze lime juice, pour in rum, bitters, and ginger beer. Stir well and garnish with lime and mint.
