Spicy adobo-seasoned nopales and Cheddar cheese wrapped in tortillas with fresh cilantro.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar nopales - drained, rinsed, and dried
  • Adobo seasoning to taste
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped cilantro
  • 10 (6 inch) flour tortillas
Instructions:
  • Coat nopales with flavorful adobo seasoning. Combine with gooey Cheddar cheese and fresh cilantro, then stuff inside tortillas.
  • In a medium skillet over medium low heat, gently heat the filled tortillas until the cheese is melted.
