Whip up a zesty, cheesy jalapeno and artichoke dip for a simple and delicious starter.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups quartered artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.75 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 white onion, chopped
  • 0.25 cup chopped pickled jalapeno peppers
  • 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 2 pinches paprika
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, white onion, Parmesan cheese, jalapeno peppers, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle paprika on top before baking.
  • Bake in a hot oven until heated through and starting to firm up, approximately 25 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
