TriBeCa Artichoke Dip

Whip up a zesty, cheesy jalapeno and artichoke dip for a simple and delicious starter.
Ingredients:
1.5 cups quartered artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
0.75 cupmayonnaise
0.75 cupshreddedmozzarella cheese
0.5white onion, chopped
0.25 cupchoppedpickled jalapeno peppers
1teaspoonsalt, or to taste
1teaspoongroundblack pepper, or to taste
2pinchespaprika
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, white onion, Parmesan cheese, jalapeno peppers, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle paprika on top before baking.
Bake in a hot oven until heated through and starting to firm up, approximately 25 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
