Pineapple chunks baked with cheesy, buttery crackers - a delicious side dish for ham or turkey.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans pineapple chunks, drained
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 25 buttery round crackers, crumbled
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Arrange a layer of pineapple slices at the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish.
  • Combine sugar, flour, and cheese in a small bowl, then transfer to a casserole dish.
  • Top the pineapple and cheese mixture with crackers, drizzle with melted butter, then bake for 30 minutes.
