Triple Chocolate Sheet Cake

Impress with a decadent, crowd-pleasing chocolate cake!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Devil's Food Cake Mix or 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Butter Recipe Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened or vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease a 15x10x1-inch pan with baking spray containing flour.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend cake mix, sour cream, water, cocoa, butter, and eggs on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium speed for 2 minutes, making sure to scrape the bowl occasionally. Transfer the mixture into the pan.
  • Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool for about 45 minutes before serving.
  • Transfer the frosting into a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave on High for 20 to 30 seconds, stopping once to stir, until it reaches a pourable consistency. Spread the warm frosting over the cake and top with pecans.
