Turkey, Pear and Raspberry Panini

Delicious turkey and fruit panini ready in just 20 minutes - a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 8 thin slices Italian bread
  • 4 thin slices fontina cheese
  • 2/3 lb sliced cooked turkey breast
  • 8 slices turkey bacon, crisply cooked
  • 1 medium red pear, thinly sliced
  • 4 teaspoons raspberry jam or preserves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the panini maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Lay 1 slice of cheese on each of the 4 bread slices. Add turkey breast on top, followed by turkey bacon, and a layer of pear slices.
  • Spread a luxurious teaspoon of jam on each remaining slice of bread, placing them jam side down over the luscious pear slices. Give both sides of the sandwiches a delicate brush with flavorful olive oil.
  • Place the sandwiches in a sizzling panini maker until the cheese is melted and the bread is beautifully golden. Serve hot and fresh.
