Whip up a delicious Italian lamb casserole in no time with these simple shortcuts.
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 1 large onion, peeled and diced
  • 1 carrot, peeled and diced
  • 3 tsp Crushed Garlic
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 500g lamb strips, diced
  • 1 tsp Marjoram Leaves
  • 20.00 gm Tuscan Seasoning
  • 250.00 gm white wine
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
Instructions:
  • Warm the olive oil in a sturdy casserole dish over medium-high heat.
  • Combine the onion, carrot, and MasterFoods Crushed Garlic.
  • Cook until softened without browning.
  • Toss in the tomatoes and stir until warmed through. Mix in the lamb, MasterFoods Tuscan Seasoning, and MasterFoods Marjoram Leaves.
  • Pour in the white wine and cover the pan with a lid.
  • Lower the heat to medium and simmer for 60 minutes, or until the lamb reaches desired tenderness.
  • Stir in the chickpeas and let them simmer in the casserole for 5 minutes.
  • Enjoy with creamy mashed potatoes on the side.
