Cheesy baked cauliflower and red bell pepper in foil packets for a simple and delicious side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 sheet (18x24-inches) Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
  • 4 cups cauliflowerets
  • 1 cup pasteurized processed cheese sauce
  • 0.5 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 ice cubes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 450°F.
  • Lay cauliflowerets onto a piece of Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Drizzle cheese sauce over cauliflowerets, then add bell pepper and ice cubes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the packet to a baking sheet with 1-inch sides.
  • Gather the edges of the foil and make two firm folds. Seal the packet by folding the ends twice, ensuring space for proper heat circulation.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cauliflower is cooked to your liking. Carefully open the packet by cutting along the top folds with a sharp knife to release steam, then stir to coat evenly.
