Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Delicious oatmeal cookies with plump raisins are perfect for snacking or packing in lunches.
Ingredients:
14tablespoons butter, softened
0.75 cup firmly packed brown sugar
0.5 cupgranulated sugar
2eggs
1teaspoonvanilla
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
3cups Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
1cupraisins
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars until creamy using an electric mixer on medium speed. Then, add eggs and vanilla, and beat until well combined.
Mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together until well combined.
Combine the oats and raisins until thoroughly mixed.
Scoop dough using a rounded tablespoon onto non-stick cookie sheets.
Bake until light golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 1 minute, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
