Elevate your dish with a decadent and flavorful butter sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 892.50 gm chicken style liquid stock
  • 60g butter
  • 62.50 ml plain flour
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over high heat, bring the stock to a boil.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add flour. Stir for 1 minute until mixture bubbles. Slowly pour in 1/2 cup stock while stirring until smooth. Repeat with remaining stock added gradually. Stir for 5 minutes until thickened.
