1 (5 ounce) packagegratedParmesan cheese
3ounces shreddedextra-sharp Cheddar cheese
1cupGerman-style beer
0.25 cupbutter
0.5 cupmincedonion
2teaspoons caraway seeds
0.5 teaspoonpaprika
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and allow the refrigerated ingredients to come to room temperature alongside.
Cut off the top of the garlic bulb to expose the cloves. Drizzle olive oil over the garlic and wrap it in aluminum foil.
Roast the garlic in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes until tender. Allow the roasted garlic to cool completely.
In a food processor, blend Camembert cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, beer, and butter until smooth. Add roasted garlic, onion, caraway seeds, and paprika; blend until smooth. The mixture may seem thin but will thicken in the fridge. Transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to meld flavors.
