Quick and refreshing Waldorf Salad ready in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 Jazz apples, cored, cut into thin wedges
  • 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced lengthways
  • 28.75 gm walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 40.00 ml snipped chives
  • 117.50 gm light sour cream
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 11.80 gm brand wholegrain mustard
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions:
  • Mix together all the ingredients for the dressing.
  • Lay out cos leaves on a big platter. Add apple slices, celery, walnuts, and chives on top. Pour half of the dressing over the salad. Serve the rest on the side.
