Ingredients:
  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples, washed, dried
  • 2 medium red apples (like lady williams or red delicious) washed, dried
  • 3 celery sticks, washed, finely sliced
  • 80g (1/2 cup) walnut pieces (Naturally Yours brand), halved
  • 39.60 gm whole egg mayonnaise (S & W brand)
  • 42.00 gm fresh lemon juice
  • Salt & ground black pepper, to taste
  • 8 butter lettuce leaves, washed, dried
Instructions:
  • Quarter and core the apples, then chop them into bite-sized pieces. Combine the apples, celery, walnuts, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
  • Arrange 2 vibrant lettuce leaves on each plate, then generously top with the fresh salad mixture. Serve promptly for optimal enjoyment.
