Blend fresh lemons and juicy watermelon for the ultimate summer thirst-quencher - Sweet, tart, and irresistibly refreshing Watermelon Lemonade!
Ingredients:
  • 2 thin-skinned lemons (3 to 3 1/2 ounces each)
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, rind removed and cubed
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cold water, divided
  • Ice, for serving
Instructions:
  • Prepare the lemons: Wash them to remove dirt and wax, trim the ends, remove seeds, and cut into large chunks. For thicker skin or nubby ends, trim to reduce bitterness.
  • Place the prepped lemons, watermelon, sugar, and 1 cup of water into the blender carafe.
  • Create a velvety lemonade puree by blending on high speed for about 30 seconds.
  • Pour the lemonade through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher. Press the pulp with a silicone spatula to extract extra juice. Discard the pulp if desired.
  • Combine the remaining 1 cup of water with the mixture, stirring well. Serve the refreshing lemonade over ice.
