Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Combine cookie mix, oil, water, and egg in a large bowl and mix until a dough forms. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart. Gently insert a craft stick halfway into the center of each dough ball.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until edges are set. Let cool for 2 minutes, then transfer from baking sheet to a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely.
Fill a decorating bag with frosting using a #352 tip. Begin piping the frosting onto each cookie from the outer edge towards the center to create a fur-like appearance. Add 2 jelly beans near the top edge of the cookie for ears, and place 1 jelly bean in the center for the nose. Finish by placing 2 chocolate candies under the jelly bean ears to create eyes.
