Ingredients:
  • 1 litre milk
  • 1 litre thickened cream
  • 2 x 180g blocks white chocolate, chopped
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine milk, cream, and chocolate. Whisk constantly for 10 minutes or until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and warmed through.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into serving glasses and delicately sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.
