Enhance Chinese soup with fragrant sesame oil.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • white pepper to taste
  • 2 dashes sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons peas
  • 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, bring chicken broth, white pepper, and sesame oil to a boil. Slowly stir in one direction as you slowly pour in the beaten egg. Gently mix in the peas. Serve in bowls and garnish with green onion.
