Delicious wild rice salad with turkey, grapes, almonds, and creamy dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (6 ounce) package wild rice
  • 0.75 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 2 cups cooked, cubed turkey meat
  • 0.25 cup diced green onion
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes
  • 6 ounces blanched slivered almonds
Instructions:
  • Prepare the rice as instructed on the package. Once cooked, allow it to cool.
  • In a medium bowl, blend mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add rice, turkey, onion, and grapes; toss gently until everything is well coated. Chill in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
  • Garnish salad with slivered almonds just before serving.
