Indulgent cookies created in the remote wilderness of Alaska, guaranteed to satisfy like a hearty burger and fries.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 6 cups quick cooking oats
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups chopped and toasted walnuts
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup raisins
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease cookie sheets.
  • Cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth in a large bowl. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda; mix into the sugar mixture. Add oats, chocolate chips, nuts, coconut, and raisins. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on the sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
