Create the perfect martini by shaking high-quality gin with dry and sweet vermouth, then pour into glasses and garnish with green olives.
Ingredients:
- 8 fluid ounces gin
- 0.5 fluid ounce dry vermouth
- 0.5 fluid ounce sweet vermouth
- 4 cups ice cubes
- 4 pimento-stuffed green olives
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with fresh ice cubes, then add 1/2 ounce each of dry and sweet vermouth. Shake gently to coat the ice, then discard the excess liquid. Next, add 8 ounces of gin to the shaker and shake vigorously. Strain the mixture into 4 chilled martini glasses, garnish each with a pimiento-stuffed olive, and serve.
