Experience exotic heat with this spicy hot chocolate twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1 green chile pepper, sliced
  • 4 cups water
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:
  • Bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil in a pot with chili pepper (seeds intact). Boil for 5-10 minutes. Strain out the chili pepper and seeds, then return the water to the pot. Add 4 cups of water and bring to a slow boil over medium-low heat. Stir in cocoa powder and vanilla extract until dissolved, 5-10 minutes.
