Yoghurt and chickpea dip

Wholesome dip perfect for dipping bread or crackers.
Ingredients:
  • 400g canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 56.88 gm olive oil
  • 82.50 ml Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 30.00 ml finely chopped coriander
  • salt and cracked black pepper
Instructions:
  • In a food processor or blender, combine chickpeas with 1 tablespoon of warm water, and blend until finely chopped. While blending, slowly drizzle in olive oil until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  • Take the chickpea mixture out of the food processor, gently combine it with yogurt, coriander, salt, and cracked black pepper until fully mixed.
  • Drizzle with a hint of olive oil and serve alongside toasted pita bread or pappadums.
