Ingredients:
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.33333334326744 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup butter at room temperature
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare your 9x13-inch cake pan by giving it a luxurious coating of butter or oil. Enjoy the anticipation of the baking magic about to unfold!
  • Combine buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, 1/3 cup cocoa powder, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
