Buffalo-style baked chicken wings with a crispy flour coating.
Ingredients:
cooking spray
0.5 cupall-purpose flour
0.25 teaspoonground paprika
0.25 teaspoonsalt
0.125 teaspooncayenne pepper
12chicken wings, thawed if frozen
0.33333334326744 cuphot pepper wing sauce
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), then line a baking sheet with shiny aluminum foil and give it a quick coat of cooking spray.
Combine the flour with paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
Ensure the chicken wings are dry by gently patting them with paper towels. Coat the wings completely with the flour mixture. Place the floured wings on a baking sheet and lightly spray them with cooking spray.
Place in the preheated oven and bake without flipping until golden brown, approximately 48 minutes. Then, switch the oven setting to broil and broil the wings until crispy and golden brown, around 5 minutes.
Toss hot wings with hot sauce in a large bowl until well coated.
