Ingredients:
Sea salt flakes, to garnish
1/2 lime, cut into 2 wedges
4Zooper Doopers, frozen (see note)
45ml tequila
Fresh pineapple wedge (unpeeled) plus pineapple leaves, to decorate
Instructions:
Sprinkle salt over a small plate. Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with 1 lime wedge, then dip the rim into the salt to coat it. Set the glass aside.
In a blender, combine the frozen Zooper Doopers, tequila, and juice from the remaining lime wedge. Blend until smooth. Pour into a prepared serving glass and garnish with the pineapple wedge and leaves.
