Ingredients:

250g cream cheese, softened
37.50 gm icing sugar mixture
12 Ultimate 40% Choc Chip Cookies
125.00 ml salted caramel topping
100g dark chocolate, melted

Instructions:

With an electric mixer, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Transfer mixture into a piping bag with a 1.5cm fluted nozzle.
Spread the cream cheese mixture generously on half of the cookies, then delicately drizzle with caramel. Sandwich with the remaining cookies, drizzle with luxurious chocolate, and savor every bite.
