Crowd-pleasing mini ham and cheese quiches.
Ingredients:
  • 150g (1 cup) plain flour or 155g (1 cup) spelt flour
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 250.00 ml chopped ham
  • 80g (1 cup) grated pizza cheese
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh chives, plus extra, to serve
  • Fresh basil leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C (180C fan forced) and lightly spray two 12-hole patty pans with oil.
  • Whisk flour, eggs, cream, and milk in a bowl using a balloon whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in the ham, cheese, and chives. Distribute the mixture evenly among the prepared pans.
  • Bake until golden brown, then garnish with fresh basil and extra chives before serving.
