Simple and revitalizing frozen fruit smoothie made with only frozen fruit and coconut water.
Ingredients:
  • 9 oz frozen mixed fruit (strawberries, peaches, pineapple and mango)
  • 8 oz coconut water
  • 1 blackberry, optional
  • 1 strawberry, optional
Instructions:
  • Combine coconut water and frozen fruit in a Vitamix blender. Gradually increase blender speed from Variable 10 to High 10. Blend for 45 seconds.
  • Serve smoothie in a glass; optionally decorate with strawberry and blackberry.
