Make a Frozen 2 inspired snow cone with just 3 ingredients for a magical dessert adventure.
Ingredients:
  • 600ml thickened cream
  • 495g (3 1/4 cups) icing sugar mixture
  • 500ml (2 cups) Kara coconut milk (see tip)
  • 8 waffle cones
  • 180g white chocolate, melted
  • Blue edible glitter, to decorate
  • Mixed blue and white sprinkles, to decorate
  • 16 Ferrero Raffaello chocolates, some halved
  • 30g (1/2 cup) coconut flakes
  • 13.60 gm desiccated coconut
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, use electric beaters to whip cream and icing sugar until soft peaks form. Mix in coconut milk until combined. Be cautious not to overmix. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container with a lid, covering the surface with parchment paper before sealing. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight until solid.
  • Dip open end of cones in melted chocolate, let excess drip off. Sprinkle with edible glitter and sprinkles. Place upright in a glass to set.
  • Before serving, swiftly spoon ice cream into cones. Garnish with Raffaello chocolates, coconut flakes, desiccated coconut, and extra edible glitter. Serve promptly.
