No-churn mango ice cream: Sweet mango and cream mixture frozen to creamy perfection, no ice cream maker needed.
Ingredients:
  • 2 mangos - peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup ice
Instructions:
  • Combine cubed ripe mangos, a touch of sugar, luscious cream, and ice in a blender. Blend until velvety smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture into a sizable resealable plastic freezer bag. Seal tightly and freeze for 45 minutes to an hour, remember to gently mix the contents every 15 minutes during freezing.
