Quick and easy pumpkin mousse with sweet & spicy flavors, made in just 10 minutes with only two ingredients.
Instructions:
  • Strain the pumpkin pie filling by placing it in a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl, allowing excess liquid to drip off for 5 minutes. Transfer the strained filling to a clean bowl.
  • Whip the cream until stiff peaks form by using an electric mixer. This should take a couple of minutes. The cream is ready when it can stand at a point without completely falling over.
  • Gently combine a couple of spoons of whipped cream with the pumpkin pie filling to loosen it up. Then, fold the pumpkin mixture into the whipped cream using a rubber spatula until just combined. Aim to keep the airy texture of the whipped cream intact.
  • Chill the mousse: Spoon into serving dishes or one large dish. Tap on a kitchen towel to remove bubbles and smooth the top. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Top with whipped cream, cinnamon, and serve. Remember to share your feedback below if you enjoyed the recipe!
