Cinnamon candy fudge, perfect edible Valentine's gift.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups white vanilla baking chips
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 2 tablespoons red cinnamon candies
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
  • Carefully cover the entire bottom and sides of an 8-inch square pan with foil.
  • Microwave white vanilla baking chips in a medium microwavable bowl on Medium-High (70%) for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Mix in frosting until well combined.
  • In a 1-quart saucepan, bring candies and water to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered for about 3 minutes until candies are melted, stirring frequently. Whisk in butter until melted. Remove from heat and gradually stir in the cinnamon mixture into the fudge.
  • Chill the fudge in the pan for at least 1 hour until firm. Cut into squares or heart shapes and refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
