Easy and irresistible crispy and fluffy doughnuts made with self-raising flour and vanilla yogurt. Perfect for surprise visitors - you won't be able to resist having just one!
Ingredients:
  • 300g (2 cups) self-raising flour, plus extra, to dust
  • 250g vanilla bean Greek-style yoghurt
  • Rice bran oil, to deep-fry
  • Cinnamon sugar, to coat
Instructions:
  • Combine flour and yogurt in a medium bowl and use your hands to mix until a smooth dough forms. Shape the dough into tablespoon-sized balls.
  • In a bowl, combine cinnamon sugar. In a medium saucepan, heat oil until it reaches 170C on a thermometer. Deep-fry balls in batches until golden, about 3-4 minutes each. Toss the hot doughnuts in cinnamon sugar and serve warm.
