Celebrate Independence Day with our quick and tasty 4th of July Chex Mix candy bark featuring dried fruit, sunflower seeds, and snack mix in patriotic red, white, and blue colors. Perfect for your holiday gathering!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (8.75 oz) Chex Mix™ Honey Nut snack mix
  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup M&M's® chocolate candies red and blue
Instructions:
  • Mix together the snack mix, blueberries, cranberries, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips. Microwave on High for 60-90 seconds, stirring afterward. If necessary, microwave for an additional 30-60 seconds.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the snack mix, mix well to coat. Spread the mix on a large piece of wax paper, sprinkle with blue and red candies. Let the white chocolate sit at room temperature for about 1 hour to set. Break into large chunks before serving.
