Tangy oil-free slaw with celery seeds is quick to make and best after chilling 4-6 hours. Perfect pairing with crispy fried fish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 0.33333334326744 teaspoon celery seed
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages coleslaw mix
Instructions:
  • Combine red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed, and green onions in a salad bowl, whisking until sugar and salt dissolve. Mix in coleslaw, then chill in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours.
