Creamy cabbage slaw with tangy sour cream and aromatic caraway seeds.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large head cabbage, cored and sliced thin
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • - Bring a large pot of water to a boil. - Add cabbage and cook for 6 to 8 minutes. - Drain, reduce heat to low, and return cabbage to the pot. - Stir in sour cream, caraway seeds, and salt. - Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
